We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

If you are located in the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note: Customers are permitted to inspect and try on clothing items for fit and suitability, but items must remain in resalable condition.

If returning due to change of mind:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • No restocking fees apply

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  2. Place a new order separately

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to complete the transaction
